Townhouse burned down. Later it moved next to the Agana Swamp at the bottom of the Sinajana hill. It didn't make survive, the building was sold and is now the Agana Shopping Center.
My fond memories of Town House was Pete and me peeling off the lower priced stickers form the plastic airplane and ship models and placing them on the larger more expensive models. A kind of customer induced sale price.
That wasn't exactly stealing was it?
Actually Dan, Pete and I did that too. Except Pete got caught once.
Oh and Town House thrived up until
about 2000 and something. J&G partnered with SM Manila and expanded the shopping center.
