I remember back in my college days there was a fairly sizable Argentine as well as Venezuelan student population on campus. from my limited interaction with this demographic a few observations.
Nice people, hard partyers, loved sports and the associated drinking and always seemed to have a national flag to wave at the concert, game, rally, bladder bust night, you name it.
The first years of college were spent majoring in eligibility. Do just enough to where you don't get kicked out of school and get sent home.
A majority of what should have been their senior year their energy was focused on finding some way to attain permanent resident status. Masters program, job, have the instructors baby whatever. They really didn't want to go home to stay.
But like I say nice people.
As long as we're making generalizations; it's been my observation that Venezuelan women have very nice butts.
Generally speaking I'd agree. Like I said nice people :)

Play it forward and it could be a Guam political ad. Who remembers Bordallo Taitano. They had that corny song. Whenever Pete and Dan and I would work on our bikes we would say how tight ya want that bolt? and the reply would be "make it Bordallo Tighten it. ".haha
