That is almost hard to believe. Mainland pot must have had some major genetic engineering. Can it really compete with Maui Wowie, Kona bud and Thai buds...? I bet it is much stronger than it was back in the day.
I agree Mat. California is on the right track. The Gov needs revenue, tax cannabis, make it legal. Smokers are gonna smoke. Just like whiskey drinkers drank back in the old days. Neither one is good for you, but we're gonna do it anyway. Make some money dumb asses.
There are some arguments that this will not, in fact, make more money for California but actually end up costing money. I suppose we shall see.
In the end, the problem in CA is not the revenue, it is the spending! Until this is controlled, they will just continue down this path to ruin.

Now for the record, I don’t smoke the bud myself. But if it were only legalized; think of the revenue California would get. Their financial woes would be bye bye….see yah…gone baby! But then again, I hate government taxations of any sort. But, I do like the fact that we are kick’n China’s ass at something :)
Yea I worked with this guy who had medical registry cards From Ca. and Co. He had this huge water bong and he lived on property and he was always going home to "take his medicine". And he was Mormon. Go figure.
