Road trip and Mat's BBQ'ed Ribs baby! I'm there!
Oh man dudes and babes, I have been way to busy at work to keep up with this blog. (I guess I need to get my priorities straight. Keep me in line DRL, Mat and Sean)! A cross county road trip for Mat’s ribs, give me ample enough notice and I’m their baby! Who’s pad? Let’s party, drink and eat well!

OK, no wife swapping will be allowed or tolorated. But...BBQ recipe swapping is cool and acceptable, man! Mat, that means that your wife’s family secret marinated BBQ chicken recipe must be exchanged for my flimsy hot dog BBG grilled recipe! Hehehehee! ;)
Well i don't know about the recipe.
But everything else is fair game.
OK i'll give you a hint,The first ingredient is chicken.Hahaha.Seriously though I talked with Daves mom today and we had a nice visit and Benita is gonna give her the kelaguen and empanada recipe.I sent her a tortilla press a few months ago and shes dying to try it out.I gave Dave a comyu or cocunut shredder and I forgot to ask him if he tried it.Man we made some mean kelaguen and red rice in Utah.Go figure,Utah.
Ric, you got guts, I will say that much. But just between you and me, if Mat HEY MAT, GO CHECK THE GRASS GROWING OR SOMETHNG, RIC AND I GOTTA TALK gives you the recipe (spell that work, whoa) pass it this way.
OKAY MAT, YOU CAN COME BACK IN NOW!
Mat, Utah??? Do you mean Nevada??? Or have you been holding out on us, feeding others???
Oh, and Mat's house is probably the best place. Bonita has all her stuff there. If you come up here (Idaho), we can take the camper out in the woods and do it (eating and swapping that is)like the bears (in the woods). You make the time, I will be there.
I AM HUNGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not fair. Too far to drive for us right coasters.
Now you know why Mrs. Larson wants Benitas recipe. She ate Dave and mines food for two days.Hahaha.
Doug, I know. Sorry. But Ric is a right coasty and he is willing to drive for the food. I am sorry that those of us in God's country are close to Mat and his food. Nothing like the Rocky Mountains, you know.
See what you can do, I would love to have you there again.
Hey, when is rac done moving? I miss him.
