POTW - Sparks flying...

Ok, so maybe Joanna and I hadn't had that much to drink, but we had fun at the company Xmas party anyway.

Good to see you both again. And yes Paul, it looks like you had the most to drink. Is that lipstick I see on your cheek?

Great photo to kick off the holiday season. You two look great. Anyone have any office party memories they would like to share?

Nice pic Paul! You both look like you did back in the 70's!

Juliet, Teresa and I just return home from my agency Holiday party held in Albany, NY. It was at a place called the Desmond Hotel and Converence Center. The party was last night. I'll see if Teresa can post a picture of it some time soon.

I work for a state wide agency, in the Westchester County Division. There were only 2 of us (plus spouses) representing our County at the party. But there must have been three hundred people at this party! Got to meet and party down with a lot a colleagues that I have never met in perso before, but have spoken to on the phone.

Westchester County huh? Well it doesn't suck to be you does it. That's like one of the highest per capita income areas in the state.
And just a side note after today's football watching. I hate the Florida Gators. With my last breath I spit on them.
Oh hey also everyone remember December 7 is Pearl Harbor Day. Take a moment to reflect and remember. That part of the world was a huge influence on our shared upbringing.
This concludes my random Saturday musings.

Doug, you kill me with your sense of good humor! ;) But your facts are correct.

Yeppers, it sucks being me living amongst the wealthy of the wealthiest in USA... Westchester County, NY.,... especially on a Social Worker's paycheck. Most of the high rollers living in Westchester County work in New York City, ie, on Wall Street.

And to make matters worse (for me), I live within 10 miles of the 'Clintons'.

So, whats up with the Gators? I must have missed some football some where?

As a proud member of the American Legion, I will be wearing my cap in honor of the Pearl Harbor Raid on the 7th.

Wait just one minute there Doug'ster! Didn't the Gators just beat Alabama, the only undefeated team? And did not you also graduate from Flordia State? Hmmm...where do your loyalties lay? But please correct me if I am wrong.

What about those Miami Dolphins (NFL)? A team that was 1-13 or some thing last year, and this year they may make the play off's? WOW!

Ric,
as any Florida State Seminole will attest we despise the gators. We don't like their coach, school, town, clothes, shoes, colors you name it.
The fact that they will likely be playing for the national title makes me like them even less, as if that were possible.
My two favorite teams, FSU & whoever's playing the gaytors.

That's a big 10-4 Doug! Always thought you were a Gators fan. Now I know that the 'G' word is a bad word! ;)
