Pat the lThe Chamorro people or Chamoru people are the indigenous people of the Mariana Islands, which include the American territory of Guam and the United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in Micronesia. Today, significant Chamoru populations also exist in several U.S. states including Hawaii, California, Washington, Texas and Nevada. According to the 2000 Census, approximately 65,000 people of Chamoru ancestry live on Guam and another 19,000 live in the Northern Marianas. Another 93,000 live outside the ocals on Guam do not go by Guamanians any more.

Pat there has been for years on Guam this movement to reclaim the language and identity. So Guamanian is out and Chamorro is in. lol Just wait 10 min and the spelling of the villages, parks, etc. change like the weather. Merizo, Melesso. University of Guam/ Unibetstedat Guahan that said you are right Doug is a dog.lol
So... what does being married to a Guamanian guy have to do with not talking to us?
I think that there is some perception that Guamanian spouses may tend to be a tad on the controlling side at times.
Of course now that I think about that same thing could be said for a fair segment of spouses everywhere.
yep thats my sis still beautiful as ever even on her 51st birthday. she was married for 19 years to bob tarusan divorced in 1995 i think. hasnt really had a decent b/f until the last 3years to another bob but this one is white but is afraid of commitment.he has been married three times. shes working on him though lol

Hey Nancy, nice to hear your voice again after all these years. I know, we spoke on the phone a couple of years ago, when the blog was in its infancy. I for one, hope you will become one of the regulars here on the one and only DC blog, but even if you can only drop a note now and then it would be great to hear from you.
