I'm back in school Juliet, learning all the things you better educated circle rats learned decades ago. I have a lot of catching up to do academically. I can't wait for basket weaving 101.
Those weren't "baskets" and we weren't "weaving". Besides, you and I both know that your island experience and world travels were the best education anyone could ever receive. Now you too can sit in a lecture hall engorged with several hundred other disinterested and disaffected students while wondering to yourself when is the instructor going to weary of this circle jerk and shut the hell up.
I tried talking a marketing class with a girl friend (now my wife). It was a total waste of money, I fell asleep in class every day. The conditioning from Barrigada Junior High was too strong.
hahaha Dave. that's important ya know. I'll never forget when my grandparents came to visit from little ole hayward wisconsin. Grampa actually weaved his own hat. It was crooked but he wore it. He was such a cool character. They would sit outside under the tree in our yard. I would sit up in the tree and listen to them chat. one day, the branch I was sitting on broke and I fell on to grampa down below. lol, I never lived that down. (thankfully):)
People are being civil.Who has got into you guys...Umbee ly?.The aliens, right:) I'm just happy to read words of happiness instead of the other...doom and gloom.I think sometimes to just watch the news is bad enough...depressing.

That, or....some of our Deans Circle brethren have elected to take their toys and go home to play.

There's no internet access in the re-education camp.
What?! That's inhuman!
I was thinking of perhaps majoring in Agriculture.. you know, so I could grow my own basket weaving material.
