Back in the early 90's I spent 3 days driving the Secretary of the Navy around Dallas. At one point SecNav got on the phone with Sen Kennedy to discuss selling some used ships to Pakistan. Listening in on that conversation was a thrill and one of the highlights of my Naval career.
Wow, cool. I mean the driving the Navy Secretary guy around thing. You knew it wouldn't be long for Teddy when he couldn't even make his sisters funeral last week. Like you say, RIP.

I felt he always meant well.
I think he had the American people in his heart. Hey, that whole family. That's our life, our history right?
His brother was a great President!
