These photos were in Pat's album. Does any one remember who they are? Yes, guy in photo with me was a boyfriend for a while, he lived in apartments by GW with his mom and sister, but for the life of me, I can't remember his name....Gene maybe???
When I see photos of me as a teenager I remember what "issues" I always had with how I looked: my hair, my skin, my body. I've learned to work with the baby-fine, super straight hair, my sensitive, prone-to-breakout skin is fairly wrinkle-free...and I sure would be very happy if I could have that skinny body back again....lol
Cindy, I wish I could remember that handsome guamanians name. He was just a friend and hung out at the house. Don't know why you or I never "hooked" up with him....oh, back then I guess we called it "dating".
The guy on the right I remember. Not the guy in the left photo quietly whispering into Cindy's ear ..."lets talk about the first thing that comes up"!
They guy in the right side photo may have also been a friend of my sister, or he is just a guy that kicked by butt several times? Either way, I remember him, how and why, I don't know???
I remember at night on the curb you could look up at the night sky and actually see satellites going by the air was so clear. In spirit, we're all still out on that curb sometimes.
Doug I believe you are right. His name was Ray and he was excellent built-in protection for us haolie kids against any stray dogs that used to wander into our territory.
Doug, I hear ya man! I use to find the darkest spot on the curb just to check out the night sky, and enjoy a good smoke. The satellites were amazing to watch. What beauty, as they glided across the sky! Years later, when I moved to Alaska, me and friends would lay on lawn chairs in the deep snow and freezing weather, tucked in artic sleeping bags and watch the northen lights dance in there many colors. It was amazing how many satellites you could see cross the Alaskan night sky. There was no light polution to speak of in Alaska, and you could see stars that you couldn't see any where else.
You were such a hot babe...but the stud on the right was mine (well sort of). His name is Raymond Cruz and he took me to my senior prom. Sadly, our relationship did not last beyond that, that I can remember.
