This is a tough one. I've seen that rock in the background before....???
Probably the rock and the beach on the left. Dave, you've probably seen it with the boats but most of the others probably haven't

I want to guess Merizo? I know its not the boat basin. I'm stumped!
Is it the Agat boat harbor, where the Sun used to be tied up?

Dave's right, Its the Agat Marina. The familiar rock is Facpi Point, a prominent characteristic on the west side. Nimitz Beach is to the left of the picture.
