LIberation-Day

Today-was-a-wonderful-day.No-rain-and-a-lot-of-patriotism.I-usually-don't-go-because-of-the-rain.Yet,I-went.I-logged-on-only-to-find-out-a-B-52-crashed-NW-of-Apra-Harbor.They-found-2-crewmen-and-are-searching-for-four.So-sad.They-were-to-fly-right-over-us:(May-God-let-them-be-found-and-safe.

That is too bad about the crash. It is scarry to think that it could have happened over the parade. We lost a good friend "Buff", who went down in a C130 off Wake Island. If I remember right, the B 52 has 2 ejectin seats for the pilot and co-pilot. The other 4 may have went down with the plane. It is a sad reminder of the risk our military takes, even when not in harms way.

drl,I-agree.I-can-only-wonder-if-they'll-find-the-other-four.Sorry-about-your-friend-and-buddies.I-too-thought-what-if-the-B-52-came-down-on-us-on-Marine-Drive,the-Parade-is-onle-2-miles-long.My-daughter-was-with-her-Godfather-near-Boat-Basin.I-don't-know-what-may-have-possibly-happened-being-just-down-the-street.I-hope-they-find-them,everyone's-looking.Hope...
