Yo Ric, yeah I'm not in the pic. Not sure why. Maybe I already paddled out here at this Rick's Reef photo, .... or maybe still trying to get around the tangan-tongan trees on the way down the Rick's trail.
Hey...remember the faucet where we all took showers after surfin'?
WHAT?! Hotel on top of Rick's Reef? What happened to all that broken glass, garbage, old washers and dryers, 55 gallon drums, and that shower faucet? Awwww.
Rick's was my very first "reef" surf spot ever. I started surfing there with Victor Torres & Peter Aguon. Peter was an Ipao beach resident who knew the trail down to the reef/beach at Rick's.

There is a big hotel now above Ric's Reef
