I know Robert Caraway will remember the time someone - I'm pretty sure it was my brother - was jumping around on a pogo stick. The thing was, the rubber pad on the end of the pogo stick had worn out and bare metal was hitting the ground. Anyway, on one fateful bounce, that bugger landed right on RC's big toe. At least I think it was his big toe, with the pogoer still on board making RC the pogoee.
That was one hell of a blood curdling scream RC let out. Damn that must have hurt. Tent poles and pogo sticks...

I remember that incident well, it was Clay doing the jumping..nearly took Robert's toe off. I love hearing all these stories. There's been a book on the Bestsellers list called "The Dangerous Book for Boys".It's probably pretty tame compared to the one you guys could have written. The worst I ever got hurt on the Circle was when you and Robert locked me out of your house when I was babysitting, and when I chased you guys down and grabbed Robert's arm your dog DeeVee bit me in the butt.Luckily I had on jeans, my feelings were hurt more than anything...and I also remember slipping and falling a few times on the slippery red dirt between our two houses.
I certainly do remember that one - still have the scar... want to see it?
