Stand By Me

I watched a PBS storyline by Bill Moyers and was in tears as I listened to this version of "Stand By Me". It took Mark Johnson 10 years to put together a video recording as he traveled the world over to produce "Playing For Change--Peace Through Music".

Here's a link to the portion which was broadcast:

After getting on the site, click on the orange tab marked "Play For Change" under the picture of Mark Johnson. Moyers has another storyline going on for 3 to 4 minutes before introducing Mark Johnson. The next four minutes is a pure joy to watch. I especially liked Grandpa Elliot in New Orleans.

Hey Sara, where have you been? We have not heard from you since you were planning on a summer holiday in bear country. How did that go?
