It's the Nikko Hotel. Its on the northeast side of Tumon Bay right next to Gun Beach.
We ended up going to a place called Rotary Sushi across from the Reef Hotel instead.
I got in trouble with Linh the first time we ate there. Half way through our dinner I figured out how the price by plate color scheme worked and started making choices based on price and of course commenting on her choices. She was pretty irritated with me by the end of dinner. Sometimes its good to know when to look the other way. :-)
Sounds like a nice place, interesting how the colored plates clue you in on price, so were you getting the cheaper prices or the higher prices? Was she just pissed cuz you were picky? or busting her chops for being pricy? Just curious, I don't want to make the same mistake.
Got to learn from each other bro---- your mistakes can be our gain if you know what I mean.
Oh, I was choosing the cheep stuff. The problem started when Linh chose a plate with a single shrimp on it. I looked at the chart and commented with shock in my voice and rather loudly that it was a $15 shrimp. Three emotions flashed across her face in second (as she is a rather quick rabbit), shock that our nice quite dinner had been shattered by a brainless codfish , embarrassment that the brainless codfish was her dinner partner and then anger that anyone could put limits on her dinning experience. I spent the rest of the night (and a few days after) doing damage control.
Of course now that we've been married awhile (20 years) price is always a concern.

Part of the fun of having a wife is to irritate the hell out of them on occasion.
As I have stated befor, "when I am not in trouble, I am scared".
I would guess that things have changed, but I use to go to "The Top of the Reef" to pick up girls.
