There has got to be more to this story than what's being reported.
I suspect this is more of a neighborhood use issue.

Juls, thanks for the post. It is not the first nor will be the last time.
Dave, you are right on the sing of the times. I fallow the ACLJ (American Center for Law and Justice), and they have quite a few of these cases. It is funny how it is almost always Christians organizations. You don't see other religions having these problems with the government.

Doug, you may be right. Except, it is the county that has tried to stop it. However, if that is the case, then no group can meat (see play on the vegetarian thing) in any house. If the Community Watch can meet in homes, then religious groups can meet as well.

I found another place that has what the reason the county gives, or at least the questions the county official reportedly asked, that found the reason for the ban.

"Do you have regular weekly meetings in your home? Do you sing? Do you say 'Amen'? Do you say 'praise the Lord'?"
