Just a Warning

Too Much Anger and Hostility Increase Heart Disease
Monday, March 30, 2009 - Byron J. Richards, CCN

Stress takes multiple tolls on your body. New evidence shows that too much anger or hostility increases the risk of a first cardiovascular adverse event in a healthy person by 19% and increases the risk for a new cardiovascular event in someone with heart disease by 24%. Men were more adversely affected by anger than women.

No surprise there.Thats why women live longer too. They nag us to death.

Well, just to let you know. My blood pressure is great, I have it checked twice a week. I am not angry at all, I just speak the way it is. I am tired of you U.S. hating, foreign loving, bleeding heart liberals hate speech. I am tired of it. You believe in the right to free speech, until it comes to me. You liberals have called me every degrading thing in your book.

Cindy, do you notice where his hand is?

DRL...I'm not sure what your issue is...but it's an issue! And I cried tears of sadness when Obama was elected, but when I "salute" the flag (because I have an obstruction in that area), my hand is in the same place. Issues my friend, issues.

DRL said...

My issue is we have a president that bad mouths America on French soil. He is no patriot. Our countries futre is in his hands, and he will make the effort to bow to a forign king, but wont make the effort to cover his heart. Look at the picture on this post.

DRL said...

I refuse to sit back and let this go. I am the only one on this blog that thinks patriotism is a good thing. We placate to the liberals on this issue. It was just memorial day, and honored those who gave their lives for our freedoms. The men laid at the Tomb of the Unknown Solder died anonymously for me. Liberals are more worried about birds on a beach than that. Joanna was more worried about what Japanese think of her than what happened here. I will not stand for it.

I went back and picked some words used in anger towards others. They were all used by liberals towards conservatives.
Asshole
Burn in Hell
Bitch
Fuck
Ass

Not to mentions the hateful things said about the Pope, Roman Catholics, Christians and conservatives. I tried to go back to what the blog was about.
I have been called stupid, can't write, spell, debate, etc...
The consensus was to leave the blog the way it is. Okay then, it is. It is fine while you are beating up those on the right. Well learn to take it too. Robert grow up a little and quit waiting for you sisters to come to your aid. I am happy to put on 6 oz and get in the ring with you.

I went to a veteran’s cemetery on memorial day, the next town over; to make sure they had enough room for me. They do. It brought tears to my eyes to see all those little flags waving in the breeze, over the graves of those who gave their lives... for me. I thought of my Dad and how much I miss him. I thought of my son and how he may soon join them. It amazes me that he volunteered to sacrifice himself for my freedom.

DRL,I know your frustrated but let it go for now.Remember the code.Let them yuck it up now while they can.Refer back to my memorial day e-mail.Take a break.Good things come to those who wait.Hehehe.

I know Dave. After watching the Memorial Day Ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery my family and I went up to Ashton to lay flowers and watched the ceremony there by the local veterans. It gives me chills to know what was and will be done for me. Once again, please thank you son for me. Let him know I will stand behind him all the way.

During the Vietnam war , Our elected leaders claimed that if we lost there, Communism would take over. Hmmm note to cell.... Drl you are just a Drama Queen at heart. Still crying for mommy's attention by being disruptive. Nothing special going on here. The girls on this blog don't have anything to do with it and you are not the only patriot in the USA. So get the lithium tweaked and get over it. You missed going out in Glory, hoping for an eternal recognition of the good guy you want to be. Now you have to accept going the other way,the reality of a slow death in the office chair like every other average Joe. We get it, if you could you would be the best soldier ever, the best American and the best Christian.

Hahaha Mat. Half of what women say doesn't even register in a man's brain and like in the case of Dave, I suspect he doesn't even take women seriously unless it is his mother or his daughter speaking. I have a strong suspicion that unless a woman is waving food or sex in front of him he is not even going to listen. Did I get that right Dave. Nothing bothers him about girls unless they are out of reach.

DRL said...

Juliet, it did happen as they said. The South Vietnam fell to the communist, and is still communist today. The same would happen if the brave men and women of our Armed Forces were not sitting there. Sure, the whole world is not communist, but look at the socialist president we have. Not a far leap form communist to socialist.

DRL said...

Juliet, why do you demean people who are on medication?

juliet said...

Dave I worry about your son over there too. I worry about all the young people over there. 17-24 just seems way to young. He will make it, you were a lifer so it is in his blood. I think public school might have been the lesser of the two danger factors but I totally respect him and his career choice. We have to support our kids moving forward even if it is far away and dangerous. Make sure you get the video/voice application going so that you can see each other that really helps. I feel for you Dave.

juliet said...

drl just because you are on meds does not give you the privilege of making up crap about people and posting it.

DRL said...

I have never used my need for meds to say anything, it is what you have been saying. I don't make things up. Name somethng.

DRL said...

Juliet, read what Joanna just wrote and tell me again who is insulting? You who disagree with me are using my meds against me. That is far from compationate.

juliet said...

Drl I take it you are on the night shift, with not a lot to do. So why don't you use the time you have doing something more productive than creating scenarios where you can be the victim. You play this pattern over and over again and it is just getting old for most of us. You are calling Jo unpatriotic because she is part Japanese and supports Obama. Not okay or based in reality.

AND stop hiding behind the conservative label I doubt you speak for the conservative party. You always irritate people with personal attacks and then when they tell you to "FO" you say hey they are attacking conservatives so that you have some sort of credibility. It's like hiding behind someones skirts. How Gay is that.

DRL said...

Juliet, it was not that she is part Japanese that was the problem, but that she "understood their side" that upset me.

And skirts, I rather like hiding under them. Oh, yea, peek a boo!!!

I am not a victim of any sort. I am just saying, it seems okay for you libs to personaly attack conservatives (almost like we deserve it), but you (libs) wont take it, you just get personal.

Joanna said...

Right on Juliet. You nailed it perfectly:)

DRL said...

Joanna, you didn't, ha.

juliet said...

Okay I didn't want to say it but the rest of that phrase is "hiding behind your mothers skirts" Peek a boo if you want but I am too busy vomiting into my handbag.

DRL said...

Dang it girl, I wish you would have said that earlier, I just filled one of my file cabnet with my lunch. :)
You got me there.

juliet said...

lol I have to stop now my son is accusing me of trolling.( Forum Troll)

My Mom actually met General Lemay who ordered the fire bombings of Tokyo.Years later,he personally apologized to my Mom for almost killing her.He was a dear friend to my father and would visit them often in California. That is what I meant about seeing both sides. At least one story that hit home amongst many in my heart.

FYI DRL

Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain.
Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach.
Shortness of breath. May occur with or without chest discomfort.
Other signs: These may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness

See Cindy, just further evidence the heart is located next to the kidneys in the left elbow. Geesh, and you call yourself a medical professional.

DRL said...

Joanna, Thank you. That is all I was wondering. I didn't know if you were supporting the Japanese attacks is all.

I am sorry that I took it too far with you. I am not very bright (as most of you know) and take a while to learn. Feel for my lovely wife of 24 years.

I hope you can accept my apolagy.

DRL said...

Oh Cindy, they told me I would be around a while longer, sorry.

124 over 80

Maybe cancer or something else will get me ;)
