Michael Savage banned from entering UK

Sixteen people banned from entering the UK were "named and shamed" by the Home Office today.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith said she decided to make public the names of 16 people banned since October so others could better understand what sort of behaviour Britain was not prepared to tolerate. Continue...

Well now, this should get a colorful response from our conservative panel.

This is an interesting list of characters. I used to do an ice breaker in one of my communication classes where I would ask the class to list important or significant people and have them pretend the people on the list would go on a plane flight that would wreck in the ocean and they had to choose which people could get a place on the life raft and explain why. Well in this case I guess the option would be to puncture the life raft. hhahahhaa

Isn't it funny how conservitives think what is funny and liberals think funny as well?

RAC, what is your take on President Obama giving the okay to the exchange of information to the Spanish Judge who wants to prosecute those in the Bush administration, including former President Bush?

rac said...

Not familiar with the case. Care to provide references?

DRL said...

If you google "Eric Holder Spanish Judge" it will come up. It is a Judge in Spain trying to take the Bush administration, CIA, FBI, Military officials and former President Bush himself to court over torture. His (the Spanish Judge) own government in Spain is telling him to drop it, but the Obama administration has said they are willing to assist with documents.
This may have changed since I saw it on CNN yesterday morning.

Michael Savage is more aligned with traditional American values (moral and otherwise) than most of us will ever be. And he's not afraid to speak out against the decline of those values here in the USA. American cultural and personal sovereignty is under attack from the left, and will soon be lost. If you listen to what Savage has to say without hearing and thinking blah blah blah blah blah, you would hear how your parents and my parents might have felt about homosexuality, gay marriage, abortion, and the totalitarian style of government that this country seems to be headed for. If Michael Savage (a Jew) and a preacher are banned from the UK, then that's a place I would never want to go either. That's a place this country is headed for... a bunch of intolerant hypocrites. They'll accept and embrace gays, lesbians, pedophiles, infanticide, Christian haters and other vermin, but anyone who speaks out against these things cannot be tolerated. Yes, that's exactly where the USA is politically. So let me ask you where you stand on the issues listed above. Do you stand with the UK? Do you support the right to live immorally on one side, and then condemn anyone who speaks out against that type of lifestyle? Are liberals so blind as to not see what's happening here?

DRL said...

Dave, if liberals think on the side of U.K., and have no problem tuning documents over to a Spanish Judge, where are we headed?
As Ric said earlier, and I expounded on, what are there morals and what are they based on?

juliet said...

Dave how come you are such a homophobe?

In June 2008, Savage claimed that the increasing rate of autism diagnoses was the result of "a racket" designed to get disability payments for "poorer families who have found a new way to be parasites on the government."[56] He returned to the subject on his July 16, 2008 show with the following remarks:
“ Now, the illness du jour is autism. You know what autism is? I'll tell you what autism is. In 99 percent of the cases, it's a brat who hasn't been told to cut the act out. That's what autism is. What do you mean they scream and they're silent? They don't have a father around to tell them, "Don't act like a moron. You'll get nowhere in life. Stop acting like a putz. Straighten up. Act like ... I took this from Wikipedia just google him.

Now Dave, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I don't care what anyone does in their own private moments as long as they are adults. And if they want to have life time relationships and pay into each others pension funds then they should be able to share them.

juliet said...

I am sure that most of the the younger people would be puking at the thought of anyone our age having sex.lol I just don't think about the sex that other people might be having...hahahhaha

juliet said...

I think I read somewhere that women having sex with each other was supposed to be big turn on to men. C'est vrai?

Joanna said...

Adults should be able to decide what they want to do,except pedophiles.
Autism is not a spoiled child, that is fact.

I must agree with Dave on what he posted, He “is more aligned with traditional American values (moral and otherwise) than most of us will ever be”. And I am also honored to have been on the Michael Savage Radio show a few years ago. He is a good man!

rac said...

Dave, you may also want to avoid Maine, Connecticut, Iowa, Massachusetts and Vermont... given their position on gay marriage.

Juliet, I'm guessing any guy that tells he doesn't like girl-on-girl action will also claim he's never masturbated. He's lying.

rac said...

Who amoung us didn't want to see Rachel and Monica make-out? Come on, you know that's hot.

mat said...

Dave you brought a tear to my eye. But I do agree with Juliet that gays and lesbians should be able to do whatever they want to with their money. Thats a core conservative value. They earned it the same as you and I. They should be able to leave it to whoever they want. Two lesbians making out? Thats a double standard for sure. Seeing two hot chicks making out is sure to give me a stiffy but like the late great Sam Kinnison said when talking about Rock Hudson being gay,"How does one man look at another mans hairy ass and find love"? OK thats gross. See what this blogs become?Hahaha

mat said...

And Michael Savage rocks.

DRL said...

Does anyone remember Al Gore calling Republicans "dounsindrome"?

Cindy said...

I know, work with, and am friends with several gays and lesbians. My daughter's boss is a lesbian and she is one of the nicest people I know, she calls Valerie the "daughter I never had". Putting them in the same class as pedophiles and christian haters is pretty ridiculous and hateful.

Maybe you better stop going to get those colonoscopies because many men in the health care field (because you have to be CARING)are gay.

Cindy said...

My comment about the colonoscopies was for Dave.

rac said...

Since Savage derogatorily referred to the UK Homeland Security person as a pig eater (because she's not Jewish), does that mean bigotry is one of those traditional American values?

He also called her a witch but given she banned him from her country I guess that wasn't too out of line.

juliet said...

Well, I am not going to go look in to this too deeply despite Daves claims that this is an errosion of liberal philosophy. Freedom of speech is an American constitutional right not sure about GB. So maybe someone will fill in the gaps for me. Did Savage apply for a visa or was he publicly planning a trip or did some one over in the British Home office just dream op a list of people who should never apply. I think I read somewhere that Savage wasn't planning a trip to England.

Doug said...

Some might say that looking at mens hairy rectums all day every day is not normal behavior either.

mat said...

I know that I said this before but it bears repeating. I think that some people are indeed born gay. But like Dave said it's not normal or the way the species was designed. Some thing in that persons genes got misswired at conception. Now heres a question, is it possible to find out whats miswired and correct it? I mean you can research ADHD and Autism with the understanding that it's just not normal human behavior. So why not homosexuality? Why does it just have to be accepted. Can they develop a "Straight" pill that keeps you hetero as long as you're on it? Before everyone starts commenting and ripping me a new one(I'm cracking up here) just think about. And if there was one would anyone want to take it? What would the side effects be.

Doug said...

Erectile dysfunction.

mat said...

Thanks Doug Hahahaha. Or how about an aversion to hairy poop shoots.

Ric Larson said...

Or Butt Pirates!

DRL said...

Cindy and anyone who says homosexuality is normal.

first of all, I too have gay fiends. I even was an accountability partner for a man who was gay, still had gay tendencies, but married a woman and left the gay lifestyle.

Second, the highest percentage of pedifiers are gay. Most gay adults were molested by same sex pedophiles. It is proven that the first sexual experience is usually the one that will stay with the person. How can you say that is okay????

To say you accept it, is to say it is okay.

I do not and never will say that the government should look into peoples bedrooms. But to okay what is know to be abnormal and not good for society is wrong.

DRL said...

Oh, I do have one question that I know no liberal will answer honestly.
What ever happened to the idea of "free speech". Why should a man be banned from anywhere for words?

DRL said...

I have to clarify something.

Sin is sin. I am a sinner. I do wrong on a daily, hourly, minute by minute basis.

I however can not condone sin. If I do not call it what it is, I am more in the wrong.

Shall we say that theft is okay, if the person is born with the desire to steal? No, stealing is wrong.

juliet said...

Okay so if I am reading the post right, the sexual behavior of Gay people seems to be the deciding factor for homophobia here on the blog. If a man and a woman participate in the same sex acts is that considered normal? I think I read somewhere that 1/3 of people swing both ways. So the aversion some of you feel is self inflicted because you are thinking about the type of sex someone is having. Matt I think most Gay people don't want a pill to make them "normal" but they would probably like the rest of us to get a "tolerent" pill going. The last three countries I have lived in homosexuality was illegal. People get thrown in jail for it.

DRL said...

Tolerant? Why is it that those who tout tolerance, don't tolerate Christians? Just askeing, thats all.

Doug said...

DRL,
easy on the generalizations 'kay?

DRL said...

No, I never speak in Generality. I am only saying, when someone uses the word "tolerant" to explain how Conservatives or Christians should be "tolerant", the person saying it is not "tolerant". See, sounds like double speech, but its not.

DRL said...

I actually know you and others accept what you may disagree with in a debatable atmosphere.

mat said...

Juliet, Not a normal pill a straight pill pay attention. It was tongue in cheek anyways but at the same time think about it. Why do we as a nation spend billions of dollars a year trying to figure out what causes diseases and such. Why not look for a cure for homosexuality. You believe that people are born that way.Duh. That doesn't make it normal. Hello the species would die off if your theory is correct. People are born with all kinds of terrible disabilities and that doesn't make it normal thats why we are always trying figure out why and how to prevent it. No I'm not saying that homosexuality is a disability so don't even go there. But think about it. With an open mind. After all you have accused us on the right of having blinders on.Peace.

juliet said...

Homosexuality doesn't neccesarily imply infertility. I would imagine that befor invitro was available, Gay men probably had sex with females and had children the same way alot of people who have arranged marriages do or couples who hate each other for that matter do. Alcohol has done wonders for the population. lol

Great article Juliet. I have heard theories there is an evolutionary reason for homosexuality but I don't remember what it is. Makes sense though since it has been proven to exists in other species of animals. I doubt a penguin has the mental capacity to "choose" his sexual orientation.

DRL said...

RAC, as far as animals with out the mental capacity to understand what they have been born with and without, I do know that those who have studied such thing have found out that it is a "dominating" act in the animal world (humans exception). Talk to any trainer. Remember too, as you mention evolution, you refer to microevolution, which would back up my point.
