Sean, it's being a good guest when you bring your host a gift that they ask for. The Queen requested the video iPod with videos on it from her 2007 visit to the US.
Cindy, Shes the friggin Queen of England. Are you kidding me? Oh my God. You really believe this shit? If Bush had went any where and given anybody an Ipod you would have raked him over the coals. You know I'm telling the truth shit that Koolaid was real strong. I still love you though but seriously?Come On!
If you're attempting to communicate to us your profound respect and admiration for the Queen of England and all she represents then, ..."the friggin Queen of England..." leaves a little something to be desired.
Wasn't it the former President that delivered an impromptu shoulder rub to one of those queens over there? Given a choice I'd rather get an i-pod.
What exactly in your estimation is the huge faux pas in giving an i-pod as a gift to the figurehead leader of one of our allies? I mean i must be missing something but what is the big deal? You make it sound like he delivered to her a flaming bag of dog shit.
As for me let me say with as little ambiguity as possible. What is this King & Queen BS anyway? The hell with all of them.
Cindy said she asked for it. Why don't you believe her?Do you think a new President would be cheap in front of the world? You guys are strange. You lost, McCain lost.Obama won by a landslide. That is reality!
ipod - the most recognizable symbol of American superiority in consumer technology. I can see how Righty would find this an offensive gift given his disdain for technological advancement.
BTW, did you hear what the Queen gave all her guest? Pictures of her and that dude she's married to. Except for the President of Mexico, she gave him a copy of George Orwell's book 1984. I think I would rather have the iPod... broken or not.
P.S. Do you have any references that the iPod was broken? I searched the web and can't seem to find any. I doubt you would intentionally spread misinformation but this story sounds a little fishy to me.

Yeah Robert!!! Go!!!
But the ipod the prez gave, didn't even work!
The Queen is probably a conservative and she couldn't figure out how to turn it on. ;)
No, it was just a defective devise.
