When I got to work this morning I realized I forgot to wish my oldest sister a happy birthday. Somehow though the word must have gotten out though because the entire Southwest is celebrating on this 5th Day of May! You sure have a lot of friends my hermana.

Juls, yes, I agree the "girl card" is good to play sometimes. Now that I have this house I don't plan on turning down any offers of help. If ever I get ready to date again plan on only going out with guys who have tools and know how to use them...lol
