Hafa Adai And a Hello everyone from Chris in Guam hope to see everyone soon in Las Vegas this summer I was just reading the blog about Red Rice in Vegas there is a couple of places that do serve the Island quisine from Guam I'll keep you all informed about it. If anyone reads the PDN on the internet you'll see that Guam has gone through some drastic changesin the past 25 thru 18 years. hope too see everyone soon.!!!!!!!!!!!

Chris, Hope to see you there also. Isn't there a Filipino achote in a bag. I know it's bright in color but, mix in some onions ,peas ,bacon and there you go:) Hey, it's so cool that your related to Tina Franquez Flores...she is one of the best people I've ever met:)Real down to Earth!!!!
