Just and update on the hotell rooms.
As of now 5 people have reserved rooms. I have had requests for howmany more rooms there are. If we use up the 10 room we can get more. The longer we wait, any rooms over that may not hold to the same price. We need to fill up the 10 rooms before June 25th. So if you are still considereing, let me know or call for a reservation.

It took me this long just to make my airline reservations. I thought we had until 6/25 to book the room.
Good job Doug. I had many moments of clarity this past weekend with Cindy and I think this reunion is going to be incredibly therapeudic from the first pina colada to the last. Looking forward to seeing you all.

Doug, yes we have until June 25th. this is just an updat and a reminder. I had 2 people ask how many rooms we had reserved. No hurry for enyone, and we can add rooms if needed. The price may change later, but there are still lots of open rooms beyond our block.

The block of rooms we have will stay the same price until june 25th. If we need more rooms before that, they should stay the same price,no promise. Any rooms needed after that we will have to negotiate the price with the people I am working with
drl,does this hotel provide service to and from the airport? If I make it, I might end up coming a day early and leaving a day late. Hopefully there will be some diehards to hang with:)Continental told me that this is the best deal at a low $1,797.00 if I book asap.
Yes Joanna, there is an airport shuttle to and from the Tropicana. When you land, just ask someone where the hotel shuttles are.
I think some will be there a day early, I will be a leaving monday morning.
Well,alright because I don't know what to do by myself...in other words, it would be great if you and others were there...shuttle sounds like where I'd be coming in from. I fear Taxi's for some reason...well in N.Y. they scared me.I was only 16 yrs.old at the time and they kept yelling if I needed a ride. I was like "No Thanks...going to Guam" I thought to myself.
Joanna, yea, stay away from the light, oops wrong story. Stay away form any Taxi. The shuttle's are free, and will take you straight to the hotel. Just make sure it is the Tropicana shuttle, and you are taken care of.

We will probably be a day or two early and leave Monday or Tuesday so don't worry. we'll make sure you
get there and back safely. I always have my cell phone with me so just call when you arrive and
we'll come get you.

Okay, on the rooms for extra nights.
If we let them know soon (no pressure) they can also set some rooms aside for days before and after. I do need to let them know how many.
If we book throu our group the rooms are $65.00 a night for Wen, Thu, Sun, and Mon nights. If you just reserve them on your own, right now they are $79.95 a night. Let me know asap, and we will same money. Once again, no presure.
Now that sounds more affordable in my opinion. I know I'll need to check in and pass out for awhile.Jetlag but, wake me up even though I don't want to. Mat and Bonita, just turn the bed over like you did with Sam.
Joanna, you don't need to worry, you are staying with Matt and Bonita. Just tell them the check is at your house, and they need to come back to Guam to get it. You guys will need to move rooms. The suite we are all pitching in for on Fri and Sat, but a regular room will have to suffice on Wen, Thu, Sun and Mon. Anyway Joanna, just don't worry

Joanna, no, you are still staying in the suite with Matt and Bonita, as far as I know. You can sleep on the couch, or they will roll in a "hida bed".
