Pat, I made a very dear friend thru the cable industry. She fell in love with Guam. She said "I'm going to put up Leaving For Guam Sale!!! in Florida. She has dreams of being here,Good,solid, business dreams also.

Oh I hear you Pat. My advice don't argue over the price just get rid of it all. It is cheaper then having it hauled away and it will make some one elses day. If you have really big items to sell call a second hand guy and see how much he will give you for it all and take it off your hands for a reasonable price. There isn't much value in second hand stuff.
