No Green beer for me, tonight it is going to be a Washington Apple shot.

That looks like downtown Prescott (say it like a biscuit) with those cowboys dressed up like that.

My lovely wife knows that I am 1/4 Irish, and wanted to make me a nice Irish meal. She learned that I really...really hate Corn Beef and Cabbage'. (I must have had too much of it with an Irish mother). Teresa did her research and made me 'Shepard's Stew'. It was so yummy! In return, I bought her some real Irish beer, 'George Killian's Irish Red'. We are both happy!

Yea Mat, the Shepard Pie was great! Just had some more for dinner tonight. Now I got a deal for you. I'll send you some of the Shepard Pie, and you send me some of your ribs and chicken, along with your wife's secrete recipe to the chicken! Been graving it every since we left the reunion.

No way Ric. The recipes not for sale. And my dog isn't named Duke. I think Benita will take it to her grave.

Well then Mat, you and Bendita had better start a Guam Food mail order business. Me and the Mrs. loved her chicken, and your ribs as well! I would be our best costumer! :) Now I'm really hungry! Hope there is more Shepard's pie in the fridge!

I don't know I have a lot of coals in the fire right now. You'll be the first to know.
