Paul, is this a trick question? Is this photo really from Guam? If so, I give up dude?

I think that this photo is from a Japanese owned island, east of Guam, lets say about by 700 miles?

Must have been after my time. We did not have such fancy tourist amenities back then. The rock is way cooler anyway.

I looked all through the Goolge Earth of Guam, and didn't see anything like this, is it near the Atlantas sub ride?

Mark's kind of right. Its actual in Piti just south of the "War in the Pacific" Memorial Park in Asan.

The structure is a fish observatory going down 25 ft. into what is commonly known as Piti Bomb Holes. The name of the location is however incorrect as the holes were created by freshwater coming up underneath preventing the coral from growing.

I took the picture from across the street at the dive shop where I was picking up tickets for a diving trip in Yap for father, son and I.

Way to go Mark! The structure looks like one of those off a Japanese island east of Guam. You had me going on this one Paul! ;)

I 'sorta' got it guys...i was off a couple of bays to the north. Is that near 'camel rock'? Or is camel rock in Asan? I need to get back to Guam...i'm not remembering the places! 'LaƱa'!

Camel rock is just to the right of this picture. I hear there are still things from the war out around camel rock. I've seen a number of landing craft around the Asan cut just north of the Asan Memorial park. You can see some in the Asan Cut dives at http://www.guam.net/home/pcarlson/Diving.

Paul, Thanks for the link to your dives, I spent quite a bit of time browsing through them. Very nice!

Paul,
That is cool.
I use to get free air at that shop by guiding dives with them. The Blue Hole is still one of my favorite dives that I couldn't drive to.

Keep them comeing.
