Wow, we haven't heard anything about this here yet. I guess that shows how connected I am with my surroundings. I generally don't read the paper or watch much TV, certainly not the news.

Yea, I heard it on the news this morning. They said both pilots survived! Saw a picture of the smoke plume on foxnews.com.

I too have not heard of this. Let us be thankfull the pilots are safe. As I said in an earlier comment, I do not listen to talk radio or watch the news. So keep us updated.
Thank you again.

I never did like the 'flying wing' concept...no stabilizer...eeek.

What's your take Ric? Dragons Triangle, alien takedown, Paul's video cam? ;-)

Pauls video cam...? Hmmm, coincidence, (been thinking about this all day), but nope! Lucky, yes! Paul may be able to sell that video clip for some major $$$$ to a news organization! Guam is at one of the points in the Dragans Triangle, where many fliers have gone into the twilight zone and never came back. Alien takedown, this we will never know? My bet is on bad design of the aircraft and a pilot with a hang over.

Just wondering, Paul, have you recently been visited by men wearing 'black'?

Paul said...

This is Guam, they wear island print shirts, shorts and polished dress shoes..

Ric Larson said...

Do they were dark sun glasses as well?

Maybe the Chinese were testing a little something of their own after we successfully shot down their...oops, our satellite.

I think it happened on the runway. Probably not designed for the green algae that grows on the asphalt in Guam. Haha Slip sliding away.

Juliet, that would be another song for RAC MIESTER to post.
"Slip sliding away".
Too bad for the 2.1 billion lost, but the song would fit. Ha

I am really glad no one was hurt, my friendss father worked on the design of the escape canopy and ejection seat on this flying machine, something I wish we had in our vehicles on the freeway. I can just hear the OnStar now..."Ms. Jaquette, your seat sensor has informed us that you have ejected from your Yukon... do you want emergency support dispatched to your GPS reported locaton?"
