Robert, mat and drl have been saying "just wait" for about 6 weeks. drl, claimed he kept a log of any "bad language" on here. I say to them, hey, are ya happy now? Do you feel better now?

I was being a tad melodramatic.
As to what precipitated this turn of events I don't know. i would hope that this is not content driven but rather a fairly routine attempt by Google to ferret out bandwith clogging bogus blogs.
I defer to the honorable blog creator for the rest of the story.

This is not a joke. Try making a post (not a comment). It will ask you to fill out a word verification tab (this was not the case previously). If you click the Why do I have this? link it will explain why. As to how this happened I don't know. I suppose it could have been a random robot scanning the blog. It could also have been a pissed off reader clicking the FLAG BLOG link at the top of the page.
Anyway, I have submitted a review as requested in the original email. Hopefully we will continue to read our lighthearted banter for years to come. Here is the response:

Mat, I forwarded the email to you I received from google. If you have the skills you can verify its authenticity. Or maybe you can ask Dave because I'm sure he got it too. At this point it looks like the matter has been resolved.
I think it is a random word flag. Maybe certain words are sensitive. It could have been the letter I posted from a spam email. You know where it said some thing like you won the lottery. Or something that spreads through the Youtube posts which we then download onto our PCs. Maybe Nazi or Congradulations or even Sex are filter sensitive. Anyone can flag a Blogg. For the record it was not me.
I was also under the assumption that is either some ones sick idea of a joke or random word flag (we have that on our system at work).

We are both college edumicated folk (OK, college educated people), and your questioning my spelling? In all your college education, didn’t you learn that there is no correlation between intelligence and spelling? I still love you man. But when you question my spelling, it hurts my feelings man! I actually was not questioning, or making light of, your spelling Ric. As far as I know you correctly spelled "squished".
I just found the use of the word "squished" kind of humorous in the context of a post comparing mental acumen.
If I were to comment on every blunt edged hatchet job perpetrated on the language by some of the wordsmiths on this blog that's all the hell I'd be doing.
