Mark, Now that's what reunions should be all about.Friends from DC having fun and remembering the good 'ol days. No fancy clothes just Dean's Circle clothes...Bahaki's in Chamorro. I mean we all have to dress for the occasion but, wearing a t-shirt in hot wheather suits me,maybe with jeans and Scott's for zori's.

did you see (it went pretty fast) the fiesta food! authentic because half of us haolies there (not me) married either a chamorro or filipino wife!
PLUS - i always correct the kids around our block (my kids have it down) that those are ZORIES - not flip-flops or 'thongs' (hilarious);
so haolie to say flip-flops...actually it should be pronounced 'jory'...hah!

RAC, remember we(US) was a guest on the Island after the Spanish-American War. We took the Island with one canon shot, and was asked to stay. The Japanese took the island in WWII. So Technicly we just took it back for the Guamanians in '44.
We have not always been wanted, but have been more wanted than the alternative, yet we were never an occupying force. OH DANG, here I go again.
Hey anyone elst watch the tracers as you pass your hand before your eyes, ooooooooooooooooooooooo.
Quit wiping the slober off my face, it tastes good.
Look at the pretty nurse.

Point taken, DRL. I miss-spoke in my previously deleted comment. I stated Guam celebrates its independence on July 21st when in fact it celebrates its liberation.

RAC, why did you trashcan the comment????
I look like I wanted the slober cleaned off my face. I rambled for nothing.
