DRIGGS, Idaho - Dawn Wells, who played Mary Ann on "Gilligan's Island," is serving six months' unsupervised probation after allegedly being caught with marijuana in her car.
She was sentenced Feb. 29 to five days in jail, fined $410.50 and placed on probation after pleading guilty to one count of reckless driving.
Under a plea agreement, three misdemeanor counts -- driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance -- were dropped.

I always had a crush on her as a kid watching 'Gilligan's Island'. She looks a little different now:( Never knew that she now resides in my home state of Idaho, kind of cool though!

Ric, her home state is not Idaho. She moved here a while back. She lives about 50 miles away from me.
One of the guys I work with, his girlfriend worked for her. She has a art thing in Driggs. The try to get young people into Acting.
DRL, I think I mentioned that she resides in 'my' home State of Idaho, not her home State. She was a babe in her younger years!

I knew that there must have been a reason why I liked and still like Dawn Eberta Wells. Besides having a crush on her when I was just a child watching 'Gilligan's Island', and her living in my birth State of Idaho...she has done wonders outside of TV life. So, she smoked a doobie now and then...so what! She runs, owns or operates 'Wishing Wells Collections'. They make clothing for people that are physically disabled. I am a former advocate of the disabled population in/for the State of New York, but now work in the mental health field. She must have a kind heart!
